Policy

Appointments & Cancellations

  • A deposit of $100 is required upon booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, no exceptions. Deposits are applied to the total cost of the procedure at the time of your appointment.
  • By sending deposit, clients automatically consent and agree to all policies.
  • Deposits are held for up to 3 months. Failure to come in for your appointment within 3 months of submitting a deposit will result in loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required to book.
  • Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled with 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a $75 fee. To make changes to an appointment, clients can use the online booking system or contact business directly.
  • Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times. Appointments rescheduled more than twice will result in a loss of your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book.
  • No-shows will be expected to pay full cost of their appointment and lose deposit. If the appointment is a complementary touch-up, a fee of $75 will be charged. 
  • Client is expected to inform technician of previous permanent makeup. If previous work was not disclosed prior to the time of appointment, depending on the case, client may be denied or charged for a correction/cover-up. Deposit will not be refunded.
  • Please arrive on time to your appointment. Clients later than 15 minutes will be required to reschedule and lose half of their deposit. Early arrivals will still be seen at their scheduled appointment time. 
  • No additional guests or children. No one other than the client will be allowed in the procedure room.
  • Appointments must be booked with 24 hours notice. Last minute bookings or walk-ins will not be accepted.


Services

  • Annual color boosts must be done within one year from last permanent makeup session.  
  • Returning clients with permanent make up exceeding one year from their last session are considered a "Color Boost Plus" or may require a full service appointment depending on saturation level.
  • New clients with previous permanent makeup in need of a touch up are book as a "New Client Color Boost" appointment. Prices may vary depending on quality and saturation of previous work. Future color boosts will be charged as returning client, assuming the client wasn't worked on by another artist in between appointments.
  • Clients with previous permanent makeup not done with Brows and Roses may require a cover-up/correction or removal before moving forward.

Payment Methods

  • Payments are accepted via Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash.
  • Credit/debit cards, Venmo, Cash App or checks will not be accepted
